Camera-Ready Paper Instructions

The final version of papers submitted to IEEE ASYU 2025 will be checked for plagiarism (copyright infringement) using the IEEE CrossCheck system. If a paper is found to be similar, including self-plagiarism, it will be automatically rejected and not submitted to IEEE for publication. All accepted and presented papers will be published in the Conference Proceeding that will be indexed by the IEEE Xplore digital library. In order for your paper to be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, you must complete the following procedures until August 2, 2025:

1. Adding the copyright notice to the paper

The appropriate copyright clearance code notice is to be added at the bottom of the first page:

2. Validation with the PDFExpress system

Copyright information must be added as a footnote and verified using the PDFExpress system. First, access the PDFExpress system at here.

For the first time logging in enter the following information:

Continue by entering any other required information. If you do not have an account, please create one using the Create Account link. After activating your account, you will be asked to enter your personal details.

Enter this information and click on the Dashboard link. Then complete the following steps using the Create New Title link:

3. Access to IEEE copyright page

Please log in to the Paper Submission System Microsoft CMT using account deails when you used to upload the paper earlier.

4. Complete the IEEE copyright form

You should have reached the IEEE Copyright page as a result of the previous process. This page contains the necessary copyright transfer procedures for your work to be published on the IEEExplore digital cube. You can start the process by clicking on the Start link.

Please dont forget upload the downloaded Copyright form to the Microsoft CMT system using Camera-Ready Submission link.

The Microsoft CMT service is used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
